Anastasiia Sennikova is a San Diego, California, based Costume Designer. Originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, she is passionate about bringing her cultural heritage into her design work, believing that amplifying immigrant voices sparks some of the most innovative and compelling designs. Her passion for global design led Anastasiia to fall in love with researching, learning other perspectives, exploring diverse styles, and weaving them into her work. Her goal is to create evocative costume designs that tell powerful stories and foster connection between communities. Anastasiia received her MFA in Costume Design and Technology for Theatre, Television, and Film from San Diego State University.
